Acqua San Carlo
From the Apuan Alps comes a story of purity
THE STORY OF A WATER
THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN
Microbiologically pure, light and pleasant to the taste.
Acqua San Carlo has a long history dating back to the times of the Apuan Ligures. Its remarkable depurative and antioxidant properties were recognised thanks to the studies conducted by Doctor Nicola Zonder who, in the early XX century, defined it “an extraordinary water”.
With its low fixed residue, Acqua San Carlo flows pure from the majestic Apuan Alps and is available in glass bottles and in the 10-litre BAG-IN-BOX format.
Green tea, aromatic herbs that grow spontaneously in the Tuscan hills, a culture of yeasts and probiotics and, of course, Acqua San Carlo, all together contribute to fermenting the mixture. These are the ingredients of the exclusive beverage born of the encounter of San Carlo S.p.A. and Tuscan chef Michele Martinelli.
Acqua San Carlo is a water that has always been. Since time immemorial flows free and pure from the majestic Apuan Alps.
Its curative and depurative properties have been recognised since the times of the ancient Apuan Ligures, followed by medieval pilgrims and travellers, early twentieth-century scholars, physicians, post-war institutions, arriving up to the present.
It’s high time for this water to tell its story again.
